What readers say about the book

“Brand You 2.0” is an insightful and refreshing take on how to redefine and elevate your personal brand in today’s competitive world. The author beautifully blends real-world experience with practical strategies that are easy to implement yet incredibly impactful. What I loved most is how the book makes you introspect.
It doesn’t just talk about image-building, but about authenticity, purpose and aligning who you are with what you project. The writing is crisp, relatable and packed with examples that make each chapter come alive. If you’ve ever wondered how to stand out without losing your true self, this book is your blueprint. Highly recommended! Can't wait for the author's next book.

Well written book best appeals to folks looking to brand or rebrand to make career progression. Bias towards IT particularly in Hard skills chapters is only to be expected considering Vinay's multi decade career in same. Personal examples were useful and a few more outside say on the lines of rebranding for multi decade success aka Sunny Gavaskar as a broadcaster or an Amitabh Bachchan as quiz master. Soft skills were well outlined and a few witty anecdotes would have been funny (working from home don't show up in pajamas for Zoom calls ) and opening chapter with poker was clever afterall - career has a gamble component in a world of global workforce movement. Can be an excellent reference for anyone making moves to climb corporate ladder.

This remarkable title, “BrandYOU 2.0” by author Vinay Mantha is not just another self-help manual — it’s a mirror held up to every professional who’s ever questioned whether they’re truly putting their best self forward. In an era where personal branding has become as essential as professional competence, Mantha’s book serves as a refreshing, practical, and deeply introspective guide to understanding, refining, and relaunching one’s personal identity. This isn’t a shallow manifesto about “selling yourself” or faking confidence until it sticks — it’s about rediscovering authenticity in a world obsessed with perception. With clarity, wit, and grounded wisdom, “BrandYOU 2.0” redefines what it means to build a personal brand in the digital, post-AI age.
